Times are from the day you order. Weekends and bank holidays don't count.
Where it's printed
Most pieces are printed in both the UK and the US, so they're made close to you. A few are only printed in one place, which takes longer to reach the other side of the Atlantic. Product pages show the estimate for your country.

UK orders for these come from Europe: 5 to 13 working days.
Parcels and tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order has pieces printed in different places, they arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Duties and import charges
US orders: anything printed outside the US ships with duties paid, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
UK orders: nothing extra to pay on orders under £135. If you order more than £135 of pieces printed outside the UK, the carrier may ask for import VAT before delivery.
Late, lost or says delivered but isn't
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again, but we'll need to charge the delivery again.
Changing or cancelling
Printing starts quickly, so get in touch as soon as you can. Before it goes to print we can change or cancel it. After that, you can still return it when it arrives.
