Everything is made when you order it, so printing takes 2 to 5 working days before it ships. Most pieces are printed close to you and arrive 2 to 5 working days after that, in the UK and the US.

A few designs are only printed in the US (or, for US orders, only in Europe), so they cross the Atlantic and take 5 to 20 working days to arrive. The product page tells you when that applies, and the estimate there is for your country. If you order pieces printed in different places, they come in separate parcels. You'll get a tracking link by email for each one.

UK delivery is free on orders over £50. US delivery and every other rate are shown at checkout before you pay.

Every product page has a size guide in cm and inches. Our tees are unisex. Oversized pieces are cut boxy with dropped shoulders, so size down if you want a closer fit.

Our refund policy explains how returns and exchanges work. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us with a photo and your order number.

Printing starts quickly, so get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order has gone to print, we can't change it.

Wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle and skip the fabric softener. Hang it to dry for the longest life. If you iron it, iron inside out and avoid the print. Each product page lists its own care details.

Yes, we ship to the UK and the US. Pick your country at the bottom of any page to see delivery times for where you are. US prices are shown in pounds for now, and your card converts them. Import duties are paid before anything ships, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.

No. Open To Close is an independent, fan-made brand. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any theme park operator.
