Shipping policy
Every piece is made when you order it, then shipped with tracking. We deliver to the UK and the US.
How long it takes
Counting from the day you order to the day it arrives, in working days:
- Printed close to you (most pieces): 4 to 10. That's 2 to 5 days to print, then 2 to 5 to deliver.
- Printed in Europe for a UK order (a few designs): 5 to 13.
- Printed on the other side of the Atlantic: 7 to 25.
A few designs are only printed in the US (or, for US orders, only in Europe), so they take longer. The product page tells you when that applies, and the delivery estimate there is for that piece and your country. You can change your country at the bottom of any page, and our shipping page lists which designs print where.
What it costs
- UK: free on any order over £50, which means any 2 pieces. One piece on its own costs £4.79 for a tee, £4.59 for a cap, £7.29 for the hoodie or £2.80 for the Rope Drop Club Tee. The rate is shown on the product page, and again at checkout before you pay.
- US: the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Parcels and tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order has pieces printed in different places, they'll arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Duties and import charges
- US orders: anything printed outside the US is shipped with duties paid, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
- UK orders: there's nothing extra to pay on orders under £135. If you order more than £135 of pieces printed outside the UK, the carrier may ask for import VAT before delivery.
Lost, late or wrong address
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier. Please check your address at checkout: if a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again but will need to charge the delivery again.
