Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Open To Close. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Open To Close is run by Rufly Ltd (company number 17287584), 195 Wood Street, London E17 3NU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hey@opentoclose.store. Full details are on our contact information page.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't accept your order (for example, a size can no longer be made, or there's an obvious pricing error), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Made to order

Every piece is printed after you order it. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed garment, and small variations in print placement are normal with this kind of printing. Neither of these counts as a fault.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, or in US dollars if you're shopping from the US. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order. We can change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. The items become yours, and your responsibility, once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, and we'll put right anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong. Our refund policy explains how.

7. Our designs

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Open To Close. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission. Open To Close is an independent, fan-made brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any theme park, studio or entertainment company.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Events outside our control

If something outside our control delays your order (for example, carrier strikes, severe weather or a supplier shutdown), we'll let you know and do what we can to limit the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel and get a full refund.

10. Your information

Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the US, you may also have rights under the laws where you live.
